Ending the year in reflection

This year is ending with twists and turns which includes our weather. I remind myself that I am fortunate to live in Canada and have wonderful neighbours.

2025 has been "one of a kind" and the true meaning of the holiday season seems more relevant than ever. My Family Christmas has been postponed twice and my Sister reminds me that Christmas isn't a day, it is an energy that can be received and celebrated anytime.

I believe we are inherently safe, but many would agree that it is each one of our responsibilities to be in high regard of others and acknowledging that we depend on each other for comfort and wisdom despite our differences.

One of my intentions for 2026 includes more walks in Nature and truly observing, honouring and listening to its wealth of knowledge, as our ancestors did before us. The Winter Season provides a rest for the Earth.  All of us have the invitation to join the pause..... may we imagine, dream, and plan for the Spring while enjoying our life today.

-Take good care-

Annette
